Activate ChargePoint Card

Don't Have a ChargePoint Account?

1. Click Sign Up and follow the instructions.
2. In Step 2, select Activate ChargePoint Card(s).
3. In the Activate region, enter the serial number found on your ChargePoint card.
4. If you have additional cards, click Add ChargePoint Card and enter the serial numbers found on those additional ChargePoint cards.
5. Click Next when you have completed entering all the ChargePoint serial numbers.
6. Complete the Sign Up process.
7. Congratulations, your card(s) are now activated!

Already Have a ChargePoint Account?

1. Click Login.
2. Enter your E-mail Address and Password and click Login.
3. Enter your ChargePoint card Serial Number in the Activate Smart Card pop up window, and click Update.

Note: If you lose a ChargePoint card, you can activate the replacement card by logging in and selecting Activate/Edit ChargePoint Card under the My Account menu. Click the Edit icon next to the card you want to replace, enter the new ChargePoint card serial number, and click Update.
